Courthouse Hours:
Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Any qualified voter who is incapacitated or who will be absent from the
County on Election Day may, by making proper application to the County Clerk by
mail not more than FORTY and not less than FIVE days prior to election, receive
an affidavit, and when properly filled out and returned to the County Clerk,
said qualified voter will be mailed a ballot with instructions on how to vote.
The ballot MUST be returned to the County Clerk's Office in person or by mail by
9:00 AM Election Day.
Any voter who is going to be out of the County on Election Day may apply in
person at the County Clerk's Office for a ballot not more than FORTY days or
less than ONE day prior to election.
Any mother, father, sister, brother, husband or wife may make affidavit that
ballot be forwarded to a voter in the military or naval service.
